These are yellow street bins where you can dispose of your used clothes. The service is currently run by the Social Cooperatives Vesti Solidale and Città e Salute.

We have placed dedicated containers for the selective collection of certain waste at various points in the city. You can use them for separate waste collection of used clothing, batteries, expired drugs, small electrical and electronic waste and light bulbs.
Battery containers
Depleted batteries can be disposed of in over-the-counter containers located at most retailers and major supermarkets.
Expired drug containers
These are white containers found inside pharmacies. Write to us to request containers for batteries or expired drugs, or to request them to be emptied.
Containers for collecting spent printer toner and cartridges
Spent toner and printer cartridges can be handed in at participating stationery stores that collect them.

Use our Eco-islands to dispose of small electrical and electronic waste and light bulbs.

Use Eco-totems at selected supermarkets to dispose of small household appliances and electronics such as battery chargers, mobile phones, irons, CD and DVD players, netbooks, smartphones, tablets, torches and video cameras.
